Making Purchase:
Making purchase could not be easier. Just browse my shop, and add any items that you wish to purchase into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that I need to be able to complete the order. I accept credit card payment via Paypal. Goods will normally be posted within 2 working day. If there is a delay, you will be informed. All goods are delivered by Royal Mail Postal Service. All goods are subject to availability. In the rare event that I am unable to supply your goods, I will inform you immediately and will offer a full refund.
Returns Policy:
I will accept a return if you simply change your mind within 14 days after the date of delivery. You will get a refund on the original item LESS postage and packaging charges (Overseas post) or already spent (UK post). You must pay for the cost of returning the item. If you wish to return your item, please e-mail me first, quoting your order number. Goods must be returned in their original unused/unopened condition.
If I make a mistake with your order:- I will refund you in full including the original postage and packaging charges, and return postage.
Order:
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that I have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.
Delayed Delivery:
A Certificate of Posting is always obtained. Under an unlikely event where your item(s) is delayed, the Royal Mail does not allow claims to be made until 15 days after the expected delivery date (25 working days from the date of posting for International posts). Please let me know via e-mail immediately, quoting your order reference. You should also check with the local sorting office if the item is delayed more than 7 days from the date of proof of posting (International posts may vary).
